RN eligible for licensure to practice in Louisiana.

Bachelor's Degree in nursing, marketing, or business administration required. Master’s Degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years marketing or sales experience preferred.

Established skills in critical thinking, negotiations, presentations, salesmanship and relationship building.

Excellent analytical and writing skills with the ability to review and analyze benefits, clinical, claims and other data, then formulate presentations that accurately reflect BCBSLA value proposition.

Demonstrate experience in organizing and managing work and work products to achieve results.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Accountabilities:
Evaluate client experience and make recommendations about health services and benefits. Prepare for and conduct client and other external presentations and responds to questions about services.

Act as liaison between client and BCBSLA clinical services to ensure client’s needs are met and that problems and concerns are resolved. Prepare encounter reports to keep Account Manager informed.

Convey information to ensure internal and external stakeholders understand BCBSLA clinical services value proposition.

Effectively differentiate BCBSLA from competitors and support Clinical Affairs and Marketing in development of marketing materials.

Perform research and maintain familiarity with evolving managed care, health care delivery, and provider reimbursement models. Provide results of research about evolving models and competitor data to inform internal programs.

This position reports to the VP, Care Management Services. Grade: 15.
