R.N. AORN Perioperative 101 Program

Location: Covington Louisiana

Description: St. Tammany Parish Hospital is presently looking of R.N. AORN Perioperative 101 Program right now, this occupation will be placed in Louisiana. For detail informations about this occupation opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. St. Tammany Parish Hospital is offering registered nurses an exciting career opportunity in Surgery. A single qualified candidate will b! e selected to train in this Fall's AORN Perioperative 101 Program .
Qualified candidates must be active, Louisiana licensed R.N.s with a minimum of 2 years current experience in an acute (hospital) clinical setting. Please make sure you reflect that experience on your application for employment. BLS/American Heart Association is required.
After completing this 6-month perioperative program (clinical preceptorship), the chosen candidate will begin working a staff position in the Operating Room. Acceptance of a full time, 24-month work commitment (including call rotation) is an expectation.
Shift times for this position will be: 6:15am - 2:45pm or 2:30pm - 10:30pm; Monday - Fridays, along with Saturday rotations.

The candidate (only one will be selected for this program) accepted into this Fall's program, will be required to sign a letter of agreement to work full time for a period of 24-months (including call rotation) following completion of the ! program.
