- Basic Life Support
- Registered Nurse
- 1-2 years experience is required
- Medical Terminology preferred
- MS Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Database applications. Assists the physician and staff member in the delivery of quality patient care through the use of the nursing process. The RN is responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. The RN collaborates with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Triages phone calls from patients. Relays labs/test results and other pertinent information to physician in a timely fashion. Manages prescription requests. Works with the pharmacy to ensure proper administration of chemotherapeutic agents. Monitors patients during infusion process.
1 year chemotherapy experience in administering chemotherapy or worked in oncology setting required
Registered Nurse
