Willis Knighton Hospice is seeking a full time Registered Nurse to coordinate and manage patients in the last stages of their life. Working with a caring, dedicated Hospice team providing competent care and comfort; physically, emotionally, and spiritually to patients and their families. This unique position is designed to assist with late afternoon admissions. Excellent critical thinking skills, dependability, independent worker and strong clinical skills are a must.
A minimum of two year experience as an RN is required and home care experience is a plus. Proficient computer skills are necessar! y. All patient documentation is computerized. Patient load is ! flexible, some weekends and call time required.
Reliable transportation is vital. A general hospital orientation and a department specific orientation is provided based on experience and level of comfort.
