Job Qualifications
Education; Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current state license
Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred
Current BLS
Hepatitis profile
Current driver’s license and current auto liability insurance
One Year experience as Occupational Therapist
Essential Functions
Determine occupational therapy treatment plan
Implement the treatment plan
Helps patient develop or regain physical or mental functioning
or adjust to disabilities by implementing programs
Promotes
maximum independence by selecting and constructing therapies according to
individual's physical capacity, intelligence level, and interest.
