Description: Teche Regional Medical Center is at present looking to employ Registered Nurse - Med Surg - FT - Variable Shifts right now, this career will be placed in Louisiana. The Registered Nurse (RN),! under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and with the authority of the Chief Nursing Officer, applies the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation). The RN must effectively interact with patients, their families or signficant others and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN will demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psychosocial, educational and safety related criteria adolescent, adult and geriatric population.
One year of experience as an LPN or RN in hospital Medical/Surgical nursing PREFERRED.

Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Louisiana.

CPR/BLS required. ACLS certification preferred..
