Our selected candidate will coordinate and deliver care that includes: • Patient assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of care• Diagnostic studies, admits, appointments, procedures, and consultant/referrals• Serving various populations from infants and pediatric to adult and geriatric• Interacting directly with physicians, patients, staff• Facilitating home health and other outpatient therapies• Ensuring compliance and/or adjustments to treatment plans• Patient advocacy and education• Delegating! appropriate responsibilities to staff as needed• Ensuring a! ll performance, care, safety compliance• And more Clinical setting.Your talents will be maximized in a leading setting with comprehensive technologies and capabilities that advance a full range of procedures: Urodynamics • UPP • Cystoscopy • Cystogram • Retrograde Urethrogram • Transrectal Ultrasound & Prostate Biopsy • Cystoscopy with Bladder Biopsy • Cysto (with Stent Removal, Stent Exchange, Retrogrades) • Voiding Cysto Urethrogram (VCUG) • PTNS • Cysto with Dilatation • Teaching CIC to female patients • Loopogram/ Pouchogram… Requirements and attributes.The Nurse we choose will be a seasoned professional ready to make a clear leadership impact on our Urology Clinic. Requirements: Louisiana RN licensure (or eligible) BLS, ACLS, PALS certification and CPR3+ years of Urology experienceGraduation from an accredited school RN program3+ years of Urology experienceProven organizational, decision-making and delegating skillsStrong sense of accountabi! lity, patient compassion and staff team building
