Our Lady of the Lake College (OLOL College), located in Louisiana’s capital city of Baton Rouge, is a four-year independent, private, Catholic institution. The College is a wholly owned subsidiary of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and is sponsored by the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady, North American Province.

Devoted to excellence in teaching and learning, OLOL College is a student-centered academic community guided by its institutional mission. Accredited to offer master’s, bachelor’s and associate degrees, the College has an enrollment of over 1,750 students and offers degrees in programs such as nursing, health sciences, humanities, behavioral sciences, and arts and sciences.

Vocational and certificate programs are offered through the Health Career Institute at the College. The College also offers two accelerated ASN programs in the Greater New Orleans areaâ€" at East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, Louisiana; and at Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Our Lady of the Lake College, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, invites applications for a 12-month faculty position to teach undergraduate and/or graduate level courses in the Health Administration Programs.

The successful candidate must be at least a PhD candidate in an appropriate field with experience in accounting and finance, especially in the health professions. A completed PhD and experience in higher education are preferred. Responsibilities include teaching didactic courses, student recruitment and service to the College and community.

A commitment to diversity and an appreciation for Catholic higher education are required. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. The search committee will accept applications until August 1, 2012, or until the position is filled.
