Qualifications
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Louisiana Licensure as a RN and CPR certification.

Experience: One year in area of practice preferred by not required.
Will consider- 1+ years of critical care, high trauma, or acute step down.

Special qualifications: Must be able to successfully complete established competencies for the position within designated probationary period. Effective communication skills; both oral and written. Computer skills needed. Ability to work with others within a team to ensure quality patient care. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writte! n, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Requirements:
Would like 3 years exp in Adult Critical Care with preferably 1 year in transplant

BSN require, MSN preferred

Requires CCRN or TCTC

LA license, American Heart CPR, ACLS, BLS
