Location: Baton Rouge Louisiana

Description: Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center is employing Divisional Director Nursing right now, this job will be placed in Louisiana. Develops and recommends policies and procedures relevant to the assigned division, develops positive relationships between the hospital and community agencies, and establishe! s personnel performance evaluation standards in an effort to ensure the provision of high quality patient care services. The Divisional Nursing Director investigates new techniques and equipment, develops required reports, selects and assigns departmental staff members, encourages personnel participation in continuing education activities, promotes personal performance quality, and collaborates with physicians regarding clinical aspects of patient care. The Divisional Nursing Director supervises the nursing flex pool, provides guidance and support to nurse managers and staff. Responsible for regulatory compliance, nursing policy and procedure and coordinating grievance responses.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse and 2 years in Nursing Management

Licensure: Current Louisiana unrestricted Registered Nurse License
