The Wellness Nurse provides comprehensive assessment care planning of Assisted Living residents; management of care planning; monitor activity/recreational services to Assi! sted Living residents; assess prospective private pay Assisted Living residents in their natural environment to determine placement; serve as a liaison to the Assisted Living residents’ family regarding medical issues; and to ensure that quality of care is provided to all residents in Assisted Living. The Wellness Nurse is responsible for the direction and supervision of Personal Care Attendants and ensuring the provision of quality care and health services in Assisted Living. The Wellness Nurse is responsible for promoting the philosophy and values of the organization and compliance with professional nursing standards of practice and state and federal regulations.
