POSITION SUMMARY

Provides leadership, direction, and administration of the assigned site location of the Dubuis Hospital to facilitate achievement of established objectives and r! ealization of high quality, cost efficient, healthcare services. Involves provision of patient care/service to older adolescent, young adult, adult, and geriatric patients.

SUPERVISES

Director of Nursing, Director of Ancillary Services, Human Resources Manager, Administrative Assistant, Case Manager, Education/EH/IC Nurse, Dietitian, Pharmacist, Social Worker, Rehab. Dept., Materials Mgmt, Director of Patient Care Services

Qualifications

EDUCATION

BA/BS in business or health care related field required. MBA/MHA preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Five years previous management experience in a hospital setting. Experience in ventilator. management, sub-acute care, and rehabilitation preferred. Excellent human relations skills and oral and written communication skills. Abilities in financial management, long and short range planning, and public relations.
