Job Title: Mental Health Tech (MHT) Summary: The MHT performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. The MHT assists with patient cleaning, feeding, and preparation for treatment, takes and records vital signs, changes bed linen, and assists nursing service personnel with a variety of other patient care duties. The MHT assists the clinical staff by performing a variety of clerical tasks that ensure the efficiency of the unit and provide outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Relies on established guidelines to accomplish tasks. Works under close supervision.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Description Minimum Required: Experience: None Education: High School Training: Special Skills: Communication and Customer Service Skills Licensure/Certification: Must have CPI training at first offering after hire.
