Job Requirements:The Case Manager RN will have the following requirements:
Possess a certification from the Commission for Case Manager (CCM), Certification of Disability Management Specialist Commission (CDMS), Certified Rehabilitation RN (CRRN), American Board for Occupational Health Nurses certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN), National Board for Certification in Continuity of Care (ACCC), Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRC), American Nurses Credentialing Center Nurse Case Manager (RN-NCM), National Academy of Certified Care Managers (CMC) OR
Possess an Unrestricted RN license in the 50 states
Possess a Master’s Degree in Case Manager accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
Current shot record
BLS
Occasional long distance travel
Valid! Driver’s license and reliable transportation
