The Clinic Operations Manager manages and oversees the daily operations of the clinics and provides reports, as necessary, to administration.
Required Qualifications
Education / Certifications / Licensure / Specialized Training
Bachelor’s degree
Experience / Skills
Three years of experience including two years of supervision or management experience
OR High School and seven years of related health care experience including two years of supervision or management experience
Manages ! within a budget and understand financial statements sufficient! to analyze trends and make recommendations
Excellent judgment, decision-making, delegating and communication skills
Works independently, set priorities and maintain complete confidentiality
Works collaboratively with physicians, administration, nurses and support staff
Computer knowledge necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Education / Certifications / Licensure / Specialized Training
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field
Experience / Skills / Competencies
Three years of related health care experience including two years of supervision or management experience with Bachelor’s degree
Experience in an ambulatory care setting
