You are a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and are licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Louisiana. You have three (3) or more years experience in home health care that includes at least one (1) years of supervisory / management experience. You take pride in your strong knowledge of Federal, state, local, and ACHC regulations. We seek a Registered Nurse with home health expertise to lead a high census home health care center as the Director of Operations â€" RN. In this role you will assume a critical role in the management of clinical staff and care center operations. You will assure state and federal regulatory compliance applicable to home health and reimbursement issues. You will educate all staff members about state and federal rules and regulations. You will act as a liaison between staff, patients, physicians, and other health care providers. You will continually monitor clinical episode management and provide direction/redirection as necessary. You will work with all members of the medical community to promote home care services. You will recruit, hire, orient, assign, evaluate, and guide staff positions to meet agency and patient needs.
